Full payment is required at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept M-pesa aand Paypal. If your animal needs to be brought in by a friend or family member, please make sure that you have established a method of payment prior to your appointment.

Appointment Cancellations

In the event that a Appoinment reservation is to be canceled, please do so at least twenty fours (24) hours prior to the scheduled reservation. If a boarding prepayment was collected for a peak reservation time and the cancellation is greater than twenty four (24) hours prior to the reservation you will receive a full refund for the amount
